Unit Sign-up Instructions

Unit Payment Instructions

Payment:

Troops are obligated to pay for the total number of Scouts registered and their associated fees. Registration is not complete without payment.

The participation fee is $25 per Scout which includes lunch if you sign up and pay by February 23, 2022. Additional fees for materials are identified for designated classes when registering. Leaders and Parents may pre-purchase a lunch online for $10 at the same time as you register the scout. After February 23, 202 there is an additional late fee of $10 per scout if Troop has not paid all fees due prior to February 23, 2022 (total due $35.00 per scout plus any fees for class). Registration is not complete and a spot in class is not confirmed until payment is completed.

Refunds: The registration and materials fee is non-refundable. The amount paid will be forfeited if the Troop or Scout does not attend. However, Troops may substitute scouts as long as the total number and the Merit Badge doesn’t change.
