Adults must enter their BSA Number, DOB, First and Last name as it appears on their BSA ID card. We will query BSA and get back an answer. At this point one of three things can happen:
1) Your registration is verified - you can continue using Meritbadge.info normally
2) You are not registered or your registration has lapsed - your prior rights are revoked and you get the read-only screens that you see before your login
3) You are registered but your YPT has expired - your prior rights are revoked and you get the read-only screens that you see before your login

You have had at least two months to get yourself registered and complete YPT training. If you feel your validation is not working, send us an email with the four data items listed and we will validate your entry.

We have no control over what is on file at BSA. If everything matches your BSA ID card, there should be no issues. If not, your validation will fail.

Why are we doing this?
1. To provide higher security and validation of all adult users.
2. To clean up the mess we've accumulated via 15 years of poor user data entry.  

How will we do this? 

What should you do? 
Login to https://my.scouting.org/ and copy your BSA ID Number then update your profile on Meritbadge.info.  Let others in your unit know they should do the same.  We are giving you 2.5 months advanced notice to make this work.

2015-2016 Boy Scout Workshops with Dean White at Zone Of Light Studios-Save money when you book more than one workshop at a time!

Cost is shown below:

1 class-$22

2 classes-$40 ($20 each)

3 classes-$55 (approx $18 each)

4 classes-$70 ($17.5 each)

5 classes-$85 ($17 each)

6th class free if booked at the same time as the other five which results in approx $14 cost per merit badge clinic.



Siblings can attend any workshop for a $12 sibling fee.


 
Description
All classes will be held at Zone Of Light Art Studios at 1174-B Zonolite Place NE, Atlanta, GA  30306.  The phone number for Amy Wilson, marketing director of Zone of Light Studios is 678 948-8059.

~~Today’s clinic is Graphic Arts.  The field of graphic arts includes many kinds of work in the printing and publishing industries. Graphic arts professionals are involved in the creation of all kinds of printed communication, from business cards to books to billboards. The scope of printing communications is huge.



In this clinic, you will have the opportunity to complete most of the requirements for Graphic Design Merit Badge. Please review the official requirements at  http://meritbadge.org/wiki/index.php/Graphic_Arts  prior to attending the clinic. To complete the requirements for this badge, please design a graphic piece (Requirement #3) before the clinic.





~~SCOUT NOTE: If your Scout needs their BLUE card signed from a previous class (or you needed to complete additional items) please come early at 9:45 am on any scheduled clinic date and Mr. Dean will help you with your BLUE card.



~~ATTIRE:

Scouts not have to wear their Class A uniforms -- though some do.  Class "B" (Scout related T-shirt) is fine.  (Remember, you do not have to be a boy scout to attend.)  Casual wear is recommended.



~~You do not have to be a scout to attend.

Release Information

~~Is this your first time at the zone in 2015? OR 2016?



Please fill out a registration form for each child visiting the studio.  The registration form overs emergency contact information, a medical release, and a photo release.  You only need to fill it out one time each calendar year and we will keep it on file.
