Biography |
Architect with over 25 years of experience in the design of commercial and residential buildings. Project types include Civic, Education, Healthcare, Multi & Single-Family Residential, Retail, Mixed-Use, Corporate, Financial and Institutional Architecture. Mr. Bernard was the President of AIA Atlanta in 2001, President of AIA Georgia in 2011 and is the Chairman of the Kennesaw State University (SPSU) School of Architecture Advisory Board. He is the recipient of several awards for Service to the Profession of Architecture, including the AIA Georgia Bronze Medal in 2011. He is the SE Regional Vice-President of Marx|Okubo, a professional consulting firm specializing in building diagnostics, forensics, owner representation, project management and real estate services.
