Brian is a practicing attorney in Raleigh, NC. He received his juris doctorate, magna cum laude, from Ave Maria School of Law in Ann Arbor, MI. While there, he served as a senior editor of the law review and as president of the student chapter of the National Lawyers Association.
Brian is a native North Carolinian, born and raised in Durham. He graduated from Durham’s C.E. Jordan High School and received his bachelor’s degree from Brigham Young University. He served as a proselyting missionary for the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints in Chile from 1995-1997. He now lives in Raleigh with his wife and four children. He is a devoted father and is actively involved with his church community.
