Adults must enter their BSA Number, DOB, First and Last name as it appears on their BSA ID card. We will query BSA and get back an answer. At this point one of three things can happen:
1) Your registration is verified - you can continue using Meritbadge.info normally
2) You are not registered or your registration has lapsed - your prior rights are revoked and you get the read-only screens that you see before your login
3) You are registered but your YPT has expired - your prior rights are revoked and you get the read-only screens that you see before your login
You have had at least two months to get yourself registered and complete YPT training. If you feel your validation is not working, send us an email with the four data items listed and we will validate your entry.
We have no control over what is on file at BSA. If everything matches your BSA ID card, there should be no issues. If not, your validation will fail.
Why are we doing this?
1. To provide higher security and validation of all adult users.
2. To clean up the mess we've accumulated via 15 years of poor user data entry.

Login to https://my.scouting.org/ and copy your BSA ID Number then update your profile on Meritbadge.info. Let others in your unit know they should do the same. We are giving you 2.5 months advanced notice to make this work.

Notes:
- Each troop will have one adult leader check-in and pick up the troop's packet. All information for the scouts will be in the packet and scouts should check in with their troop and not event staff.
- There will not be a closing ceremony and you are free to leave after classes have dismissed.
- Space Exploration Merit Badge participants will be launching their rockets after PM 2 Session Ends. Please allow extra time for scout pickup and adult leaders on site should be prepared to stay until launches are complete.
- Please listen for program changes or adjustments at the opening ceremony.
General Information
- Each Troop should plan on having leaders on site all day and provide us with their cell phone number for event communication
- Please provide a GOOD email during registration as some instructors may wish to contact participants with specific information prior to the conference.
- SCOUT LUNCH is included in the registration fee. ADULT LUNCH is available for $6. Tickets will be in the troop envelope picked up during registration.
- Snack bar provided by Troop 360 during event. Cash and PayPal will be accepted for snack bar items.
- Scouts should wear their Class "A" uniform – except for class that require Class “B” uniforms (ie hiking, cooking, etc – see MB Prerequisites)
- Food and drink are not allowed in the classrooms (except water in sealed containers).
- Use of electronic devices will not be tolerated during classroom instruction unless part of the class (see MB Prerequisites).
- Scouts should come ready to learn. MB Books, Pencil and paper in hand and any pre-requirements completed. Bring worksheets if necessary.

Lunch Information
Lunch is provided for all registered scout participants. Adults may purchase food tickets for $6 during registration, selecting the FOOD option in the "activities" section.
- Two hot dogs, bag of chips and bottle of water
Troop 360 will provide an on-site Snack Bar Cash and PayPal will be accepted for snack bar items.
SPECIAL OPPORTUNITY
Has your troop done anything interesting in the last year and you want to show it off? Do you wish to advertise a fundraiser or service project that other scouts might be interested in? Are your scouts interested in trading or selling items they created?

Counselor Information |
We are very happy you are here! Thank you for participating in our event. We take pride in this event and work hard to utilize knowledgeable and professional instructors. To help make this a great conference, we ask that all troops assist our instructors in the classrooms as needed. Please make certain that all volunteers are registered properly with BSA and all Youth Protection certifications are up to date.
Blue Cards
REMEMBER ALL BLUE CARD SCOUT RECORDS MUST BE RETURNED TO EVENT STAFF. COMPLETED BLUE CARDS WILL BE SIGNED BY EVENT COUNSELORS AND ALL BLUE CARDS WILL BE DISTRIBUTED TO ADULT LEADERS AT THE SOONEST UPCOMING DISTRICT ROUNDTABLE.
NO BLUE CARDS ARE TO GO WITH SCOUTS.

Unit Sign-up Instructions |
The day is divided into four distict sessions, each alotting 1.5 hours. Every merit badge has unique requirements and some merit badges may require one or more sessions to complete.
Please be cognizant of merit badge requirements and timing when signing up to limit any conflicts.

Payment Instructions for the Unit |
Payments and Fees
Registration fee for the conference is $6 per Scout including lunch
Lunch tickets are $6 for Adults.
Fees need to be prepaid as classes fill up quickly and this will expedite check-in.
Fees for full classes that are not paid by Oct 1st may lose their spot in the class.
To make registration easier, our troop now accepts PayPal. You can make your payment via PayPal funds or any credit or debit card you choose- once you complete the registration process, we will send an invoice to the email you provide in your registration. Please pay that invoice by Sept. 30, 2019 to ensure your scout doesn't lose their spot in the merit badge class.

If your troop wishes to register as a whole troop, complete online registration then when the invoice has been received, you can pay with troop debit card or respond to the invoice letting us know you'll be sending a troop check.
